ORDER TRACKING
After you’ve placed your order successfully, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order tracking number, so keep it safe.
Please note that while we aim to process all orders as fast as we can, in order to ensure high quality, it can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and relayed to our shipping partner.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Currently, we’re shipping to most countries across the globe. If your chosen destination is not appearing during the checkout process, please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.
The shipping costs and times depend on your shipping destination, and you will get an estimation of the total cost and duration of your shipment as part of the checkout process. Please note that once the order has been shipped, you should be in touch with the courier to get a more accurate account of your order’s arrival.
On average, you should expect to receive your order within 14 days after you’ve placed your order with us. We will be in touch with you if we expect any delays.
Refund or exchange policy
We have a open exchange policy for our customers. Incase if a customer did not like the product or the product size delivered is incorrect or the product is damaged, We will exchange the product and send a new one but the customer has to notify us within 3 days of receiving the product via email or text message on provided contact information.
Bearing in mind that the exchange policy only applies when there is an actual issue with the product or the services. Without proper evidence, Velora Clothing LLC reserves the right to decline the exchange of the product.
Customer has to make sure that they choose the size accurately before placing the order, exchanging the size of a product because of wrong size selection will result in customer covering the shipping cost.
If the product delivered is different in size than what the customer ordered or the product is damaged/not what the customer ordered, Velora Clothing LLC will cover the shipping cost of exchanging the product.
Velora Clothing LLC only offer refunds incase the customer has the evidence of receiving the product as damaged before delivery and notifies us within 3 days of receiving the product. (Evidence should be a package opening video). Failing to provide the evidence will result in no refund. We do not offer refunds if the customer changes the mind after receiving the order. Make sure to place the order if your intent is to use the product.
